Information voluntarily supplied through the quote form, email, telephone or messaging services may be used to respond to the enquiry, prepare a quote, administer a booking and handle related customer service.
Information you provide
Depending on the enquiry, this can include contact details, passenger numbers, itinerary information, dates, pickup and destination details and other booking information. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through the website forms.
Third-party services
Links to telephone, email and WhatsApp open those services directly. Their own privacy terms apply. Quote-form submissions are sent securely to our team by email and recorded in our booking system. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse and Google Places to suggest addresses, so Google’s own privacy terms also apply to those features. Information may also be shared with relevant transport suppliers where necessary to arrange the requested service.
Retention and enquiries
